You can choose to include the advanced hypnotic work with the Superconscious and/or Activator Healing or work with just the sub conscious mind.
I offer a comprehensive method designed to help you quit for good. This approach focuses on both the mental and emotional aspects of breaking the habit/addiction, ensuring that your commitment to change stays strong.

3. Session 3: - We'll reinforce the positive changes you experienced in the first sessions, solidifying your commitment and we will strengthen your resolve providing additional support to ensure you remain in control of your choices.

Heavy drinkers/gamblers /Users-I would recommend a bare minimum of 4 sessions - you are, of course, welcome to book a single session and pay the session by session rate of $220
"How do you know how many sessions you need?"
Consider how out of control this habit feels and how long it has been a part of your life. Be honest with yourself—lasting change begins with awareness. Your mind is doing the work, and the number of sessions needed depends on how deeply ingrained the habit/addiction is and how ready you are to let it go. Some people experience a major shift in just a few sessions, while others benefit from a structured series of 5 to 9 sessions to reinforce lasting change.

These sessions are focusing on one area - e.g. - vaping or alcohol or gambling etc.
Attempting to do more than one at a time splits your intent which is not helpful. It is up to YOU to make the choice which to take care of first.
Please note: if you are an alcoholic or addict you would need to do a supervised detox and that is not something I offer.

Two years ago I had a hypnosis session with Jan to quit smoking. I had my last cigarette before the session and I've had no urges or cravings. This is a big THANK YOU to Jan who helped me stop smoking cigarettes. I had been a smoker for approx 30 yrs and after hypnotherapy from Jan I am now free from the thought, habit and any desire to smoke.
