Session Timing & Structure

Sessions are typically spaced one week apart to begin with, allowing you to build momentum and create meaningful change right from the start.

As you progress, we usually allow more time between sessions—two to three weeks after the second, and again after the third. This gives you space to integrate the work and notice how changes show up in your day-to-day life.

For fear and phobia work, it’s important to begin early—well before any event or situation where you’ll need to feel calm and confident. Rushing this work right before a challenge doesn’t allow enough time for your mind and body to truly rewire.

For those seeking peak performance in sport, exam success, or study support, weekly sessions are recommended. This rhythm helps you stay focused, reinforce powerful mental skills, and show up at your best when it matters most.
