All sessions at Alterations Change Works are by appointment and payable on booking. Most clients begin with a three-session personalised programme, allowing time for real, lasting change. Sessions are available in person in Napier or online throughout New Zealand. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations, as this time is reserved specifically for you.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking. Stripe also offers flexible options through selected partners such as Afterpay and Klarna, depending on regional availability. If you prefer not to use the online booking system, payment can be made by bank transfer — please contact me directly to arrange this. Payment is required to confirm and secure your appointment. Any processing or cancellation fees charged by Stripe or the booking system are the client’s responsibility. In special circumstances, weekend sessions may be available with a $30 surcharge; please discuss this during your Discovery Session if needed.

As you progress, we’ll usually allow two to three weeks between later sessions.

For fear and phobia work, it’s best to begin early—well before any event or situation where you’ll want to feel calm and confident.
Rushing this work close to a challenge doesn’t allow your mind and body enough time to fully rewire for ease and safety.
For those seeking peak performance in sport, study, or exams, weekly sessions are recommended.
This consistent rhythm helps you stay focused, reinforce new mental skills, and perform at your best when it matters most.
- Payment is required at the time of booking.

- Payment can be made through the secure online booking portal. AfterPay and other third-party payment options are offered for your convenience, and their separate terms and conditions also apply.

- Payment Processing Fees
If you choose to cancel your booking before any sessions have been used, please note that payment processing fees charged by Stripe (or other payment providers such as AfterPay) are non-refundable. Any refund provided will be minus the processing fee charged to Alterations Change Works.
- Session Packages must be used within 12 months of purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Unused sessions expire after this period.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. Full fees still apply.
- Non-attendance / no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
- Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the session fee.
- Every effort is made to provide professional, supportive, and effective sessions.
- However, no outcomes or results can be guaranteed, as success depends on each client’s commitment, openness, and personal response to the process.
- Hypnotherapy, coaching, and energy work are not substitutes for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
- Clients are responsible for seeking appropriate professional care for medical or mental health conditions.
- Clients are responsible for informing the practitioner of any relevant medical, psychological, or personal conditions before or during sessions.
- Each client remains responsible for their own choices, actions, and wellbeing.
- All sessions are confidential.
- Information shared will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
- Sessions for children and young people under 18 require the consent of a parent or guardian.
- Alterations Change Works reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion.
