These sessions are focusing on one area - e.g. - vaping or alcohol or gambling etc.
Attempting to do more than one at a time splits your intent which is not helpful. It is up to YOU to make the choice which to take care of first.
Please note: if you are an alcoholic or addict you would need to do a supervised detox and that is not something I offer.
