Clients come to this work for many different reasons. Common areas include:
Addiction & habits
Drinking, smoking, vaping, sugar, compulsive behaviours, pornography, substance use, and habit patterns that feel difficult to control.
Anxiety, stress & overthinking
Mental loops, rumination, stress overload, sleep disruption, and persistent worry.
Confidence & performance
Confidence, motivation, exams and study, sports performance, and skill improvement.
Fears & phobias
Specific fears, avoidance patterns, and emotional blocks that interfere with daily life.
Life improvement & feeling stuck
When nothing is “wrong” but things feel flat, off-track, or unsatisfying — a sense that life could feel better, clearer, or more aligned.
Life patterns & transitions
Relationship difficulties, breakup recovery, repeating patterns, and periods of personal change.
This list is not exhaustive — people often come with situations that don’t fit neatly into categories.
I am a Board Certified Hypnotherapist working with the subconscious, advanced hypnotherapy with the Superconscious, and energy work. These approaches can be used independently or combined, depending on what appeals to you and what best supports the changes you’re seeking.
The blended approach includes hypnotherapy with the subconscious mind alongside Superconscious work and energy integration.
Your sessions are carefully structured and personalised to you and the outcomes you want. The work is intentional, layered, and shaped around your situation rather than generic or one-size-fits-all.
Most people choose to work in a short structured series rather than a single session. Issues often have more than one layer, and working across multiple sessions allows the change process to build, deepen, and integrate.
Some clients begin with two sessions. Many choose three. Others continue beyond that if they want to reinforce or extend the work. The aim is to get change working in a way that feels natural and normal, rather than forced or temporary.
The exploration session exists so you can understand the options and choose a structure that suits you.
This work is collaborative and works best when there is a good fit between practitioner and client.
The exploration session exists so you can feel comfortable, ask questions, and decide whether you want to move forward with an open and positive expectation. It is also the best place to ask whether this work is right for your situation.
I only begin full sessions after this first meeting. It protects both you and me and helps ensure the work starts from clarity and mutual agreement.
Returning clients are welcome to continue working without another exploration session, but I still need a brief outline of the issue and the outcome you want before booking. An email is usually the simplest way to do this, and I will send the appropriate booking link from there.
If you’re new to this work, the exploration session is the starting point.
It’s a short, low-pressure first meeting that allows you to ask questions, feel comfortable, and decide what you want to do next.
