Full Control: You decide if, when, and how much you drink, rather than the habit deciding for you.

We can focus on subconscious habit-breaking with Hypnotherapy, use Superconscious work (Simpson/Utopia Protocols) to address the root drivers, and if you choose, use Energy work to help your system find a new, healthier baseline.

Attempting to do more than one at a time splits your intent which is not helpful. It is up to YOU to make the choice which to take care of first.
